In this fun class, we’ll explore math through the playful and engaging stories of Stuart J. Murphy’s MathStart books! Each story brings math to life with colorful characters and real-world situations that help children understand numbers, patterns, shapes, and problem-solving. Through interactive read-alouds, games, and hands-on activities, students will build confidence in early math skills while discovering that math is all around us — and it’s fun!

Do you have great ideas but struggle to get them on paper? In this supportive writing class, teens will learn simple strategies to brainstorm, organize thoughts, and express ideas with confidence. Through fun writing prompts, creative exercises, and guided feedback, students will discover that writing doesn’t have to be stressful—it can be a powerful way to share who they are and what they think. By the end of the class, everyone will have tools to plan, draft, and polish their writing with ease.

Join us for a fun and engaging Kindergarten class all about the beloved stories of Mo Willems! Through books like Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!, Knuffle Bunny, and the Elephant and Piggie series, children will laugh, think, and learn about friendship, feelings, and making good choices. Each session includes interactive read-alouds, hands-on activities, and creative art or writing projects inspired by Mo Willems’ characters. This class encourages a love of reading, builds early literacy skills, and celebrates imagination and storytelling.
